How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders, and a flat rate of $10 for all international orders.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

We ship worldwide! Please select your destination country at checkout to find your delivery options.
How long does shipping take?
All UK orders placed between Monday - Friday, before 7pm (GMT), will be shipped out the same day! All non-UK orders will be sent out the next working day. During local national holiday periods and sales delivery times may change. Courier delays may also affect delivery times. We will endeavour to keep you updated on any issues we are made aware of.
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Our UK delivery methods do not mandate a signature upon receipt. Instead, our couriers utilise various methods based on the courier service and delivery area. They may capture a proof of delivery photo or record the precise GPS location of the delivery for reference purposes.
Order returned to sender
If your order has been returned to sender, please get in touch with your order number along with an alternative delivery address, and we will re-dispatch your order as soon as we have received it. Please note depending on the circumstance, you may have to pay an additional shipment fee.
Can I make changes to my order?
We are sadly not able to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please ensure that all information provided is correct at checkout.

I've entered my shipping address wrong, can I change it?

Can I re-direct my order?
We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order.

Lifetime Guarantee
We have so much faith in the craftsmanship of our jewellery that it is covered by our lifetime guarantee against discolouration or tarnishing. So should your jewellery suffer any discolouration or tarnishing we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no additional cost to yourself.
Kindly note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items, or items that have suffered damage or breakage from everyday wear + tear (e.g.scratches / snapping due to force / bent ring) and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of D. Louise.
My item has discoloured or tarnished, what should I do?
Please contact us at eliemmajewelrydesign@gmail.com with your order number and images of the item showing the fault and our customer service team will assist you with getting this resolved.

What are your items made from?
All our pieces are made from the highest quality stainless steel with 14k gold PVD coating . This means that every piece is waterproof, sweatproof and well, lifeproof.
Are your items waterproof?
We take pride in the fact all our pieces can be worn in the shower, to the gym and at the beach. You can wear perfume and moisturisers without having to worry about the colour fading. Wherever you go, whatever you're doing, you will never have to take them off.
Are your items hypoallergenic?
All our jewellery is nickel free and hypoallergenic but we cannot guarantee cross contamination due to nickel being used in the factory.
The item I want it out of stock. Can I pre-order?
Sadly, we do not offer pre-order at the moment however, make sure to add your details to the product page to be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.
Our Packaging
Our gift boxes + jewellery pouches have been thoughtfully designed for you to house your jewellery for years to come. We use minimal packaging in all of our shipments and it can always be reused or recycled. If your D. Louise gift box has in anyway been damaged in transit, please reach out to our team and we will get this resolved for you right away.
